Refund and Reschedule/Late Policy

Refund Policy:  Payment is due at time of booking.  All fees for services are final.  We are not able to offer any refunds on services.  However, we can issue a service credit to be used within 90 days from originating appointment.  Pricing at time of rescheduled appointment could offset credit amount.

Reschedule/Late Policy: Appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours before scheduled
appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 10
minutes late for your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled, or service time could be reduced.  A $35 reschedule fee could apply for multiple late appointments.  All initial and subsequent appointments are based on availability.
